PROJECT OVERVIEW
This remodel was one of three projects we completed for this wonderful client. We worked together for 25 years. This modern condominium overlooks San Diego Bay. We selected a citrus color palette with modern Italian furniture and lighting. We designed a new kitchen and fireplace, with a custom walnut kitchen cabinets, a live-edge wood breakfast bar, and a water-edge countertop. We also designed two bathrooms, selected custom zebra wood cabinets in the master bathroom, and added a glass tile feature wall in the powder room. The home office/guest room was designed with a built-in desk and we used file cabinets to serve as dual purposes nightstands. We reupholstered the client's comfortable sofa sleeper in a durable tangerine fabric. |
