I had the distinct pleasure of meeting HGTV Deserving Design Interior Designer Vern Yip he is quite interesting and has a great sense of humor. Yip double-majored in Chemistry and Economics at the University of Virginia, and later received a masters in management and architecture he planned to be a doctor but his heart was not into it.
To my pleasant surprise we have something in common the same design philosophy we both believe in creating timeless interiors that our clients will love for many years
Vern has a masters in Architecture and he like to created architectural interest in his spaces by using geometric patterns in his fabrics. He used tall geometric print drape panels to create architectural interest in his Atlanta home, I have never heard of this fabulous idea before , it’s brilliant !
Vern Yip adds architectural interest to this space with his geometric print fabrics. He likes his
fabrics to be durable and timeless functional and beautiful.
Vern was the Host on HGTVs Deserving Design and a Judge on HGTV design stars.
The motif on this pillow was inspired by a figure that was in Vern’s mothers home.
Love the textures, colors and prints of Vern’s new line By Trend they are durable and timeless
functional and beautiful. Vern likes to design for real life families with kids and pets like his family.
He uses durable but beautiful fabric to stand up to everyday family life.
Since appointed a UNICEF Ambassador in November 2010, Vern is dedicated to help fundraise, advocate, and educate in support of UNICEF’s global mission.
